Yoga studio

We offer various hot and unheated group yoga classes and specialty workshops in the studio and around the community. We also offer private group and individual yoga classes to assist you in deepening your practice.

​

All of our classes will incorporate traditional yoga breath work (pranayama), poses (asana), meditation (dhyana), and various other philosophical yoga modalities to cultivate a truly remarkable experience. At notice we strive to live yoga both on and off our mat.

​

Every yoga class ends with the option to receive a cool, lavender scented towel in your savasana.

 We also offer various props for all students to use, including cork blocks, straps, blankets and various sizes of bolsters so that you feel held and supported physically and energetically.

Yoga Etiquette

Studio group classes are for ages 16 and up. Studio doors open 20 minutes before the start of class. Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time to get checked in and set up.

Doors are locked at the start of class time to ensure the safety of the students, teacher, everyone's belongings, and to eliminate disturbance. 

​

Silence is sacred. Please enter and leave the yoga studio quietly as to respect those in meditation. Please do not bring or wear fragrances of any kind to class, and we ask that electronics and smart devices are kept in the cubbies or turned on silent.

In studio private class rate is $35/person with a $250 minimum. This includes up to 15 complimentary yoga mats, personalized music and a class created just for your group based on theme, energy, poses, abilities and style requests.
