Slow down, regroup, and embrace connection in this unheated class. You’ll move mindfully through foundational postures, grounding yourself with each breath as your guide. Perfect for those new to yoga or seeking a sense of calm, this practice invites you to connect deeply with sensations of stability and alignment. Experience a blend of balancing, standing, and seated postures, complemented by meditation, breathwork (pranayama), and intention-setting. With an emphasis on intuition, you’ll choose the poses (asanas) that feel right for you, as modifications and options are always provided. The final 10 minutes are devoted to deep relaxation, allowing you to release tension and find a profound sense of peace and connection within yourself. Room temperature between 70-75 degrees Fahrenheit. Calming ambience background music.
