Join Danielle for a 60 minute slow flow class for all abilities. Let's enjoy summer while being mindful together in nature! Bring a mat and water. Please park in downtown Nisswa and walk under the tunnel to Nisswa Lake Park. If there is inclement weather, the class will be held in the notice wellness studio at 25360 Smiley Rd in Nisswa on the second level, near Dock Panther and Stonehouse Coffee.
