Jessica Waytashek

RYT 200, Certified Health Coach, Wellness Coach, & Personal Trainer

Jessica has been in the health and wellness field for over a decade. She holds several yoga certifications and recently received her RYT200. She is also a Certified Health Coach, Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Wellness Coach with NETA.  She came to love yoga somewhat reluctantly by challenging herself to become a yoga teacher to help with stretching and cross training for endurance running. However, as her practice grew, her love for yoga did as well. As she noticed the benefits physically and mentally, she committed to growing and sharing the practice in the community through community education classes, studio classes, and special events.  She believes that living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body and those come in ALL sizes. She aims to provide a welcoming energy, encouragement and accessible options for all.

amy gray

RYT 230

Amy began her yoga journey in Minneapolis in 2000 and, after years of practicing on and off with various instructors in various styles, in 2019 completed her RYT-230 at Yoga Loft in Willmar in the Ashtanga tradition. Amy values all styles of yoga but loves the detoxification that comes from a heated vinyasa flow.

While Amy enjoys time on her mat, she appreciates that asana is only one of the eight limbs of yoga and strives to incorporate each of the limbs into her daily life (while offering herself grace on the days when that doesn’t quite happen).

As a teacher, Amy’s goal is to encourage others to connect with their deepest Self, listen to their own inner wisdom, and leave their mat feeling strong in body and mind.

Helene Danielson

CYT 200

Helene seeks to create balance in her yoga practice. A balance of breath and movement, softness and strength, energy and peace. The mat is a place to turn attention inward for both physical and mental well-being. Helene completed her training through the Yoga Center of Minneapolis (now the Yoga Center Retreat) in 2017 and has since been teaching in various capacities in the BLA. She brings a calming energy to her vinyasa classes and strives to create a practice where each person can find what they need.
