Full Moon Women's Circle

What is a Sisterhood Circle? 

We come to celebrate and honor all that you are, in this present moment we share together. A supportive, encouraging, and nourishing place to hold and be held. You will find a community that will always be open to you, where you are free to explore all depths of your femininity, with no judgements or expectations to be anything or anyone but your authentic self. Show up just as you are, all are welcome and all divinely beautiful. In our circle we are equal, no one is in front of you or behind. No one is above or below. This is a sacred circle of unity. We will connect intentionally and genuinely and may you leave feeling light and at ease, and connected to yourself and your loving community of powerful women who support each other. It's truly a magical experience to connect to the feminine, each other, and self. Where each individual is supported in their journey toward inner transformation and empowering women in a sacred space where connection, healing, and growth can flourish. As we support and hold each other while we navigate through the ups and downs of life.

Who Is This For?

This event is for females looking for a supportive space to be held while pushing past their comfort zones toward growth; seeking community, empowerment, and safety from others and within. Bring a special female with you to embark on this sisterhood together. 

What Can I Expect?

The circle will include welcoming words creating an inviting and comfortable atmosphere. Tuning and dropping into self and space by guided breath and meditation followed by opening words and context of what the circle will be about. We'll start with an icebreaker to invite introduction. Next, be guided through the process of fostering heart connection, presence, and embodiment with tools which may include movement, journaling, mantras, and or breathwork and felt sense. Woman sharing will be followed with words to honor the sharings left in the circle following each sharing. Lastly, closing words to honor those who showed up to be together is something that is so powerful!  There will be time for reflection, stillness, conversation and moments to just be.

Why on the Full Moon?

The full moon in August is a powerful time for gratitude. It will also challenge you to expand your horizons by letting go of what no longer serves you, set intentions and take action towards your aspirations.  Reignite that inner fire we all have within us as we incorporate this energy into our sisterhood circle. 

What Do I Need To Bring?

Please bring writing materials and wear comfortable clothing, and the anything else will be provided. 

Who is Your Facilitator? 

Aftyn Arnold grew up in Brainerd where she started to dive into yoga practices and the lifelong journey of inner self work. Traveling abroad to various places such as Bali and Argentina, and having lived in Hawaii, she found herself in powerful gatherings of women from many parts of the world and of all backgrounds. From these experiences she grasped the beautiful concept of sisterhood in an entirely new way. Aftyn's passion to bring these opportunities to more women led her to attend the 100 Hour Wonder Women Circle Facilitation training. This furthered her inner work; providing a profound spiritual journey of personal growth. We're so grateful that Aftyn wants to share her expertise with this community; bringing something that has been practiced by many ancient cultures and traditions here to the BLA.
