Explore a variety of hot and unheated yoga classes, workshops, and private sessions designed to deepen both your personal practice and your connection to others.
Each class weaves together breathwork, asana, meditation, and yoga philosophy, and closes with the option of a soothing lavender-scented savasana towel. Bring your mat, towel, and water—props are provided, and we offer eco-friendly, non-toxic cork mats for $5 and towels for $3. Come feel supported, physically and energetically, in our welcoming studio space.

Classes are for ages 16 and up. Doors open 20 minutes before class; please arrive 10-15 minutes early for check-in. Doors will be locked at class start for safety. Enter and exit quietly to respect those meditating, avoid wearing fragrances, and keep electronics silent or stored in cubbies.

Hot Focused Flow
Our powerful Hot Vinyasa class emphasizes both physical and mental strength, embodying focus and intention. Guided by the breath, you'll flow through a dynamic sequence of balancing, standing, and seated postures. This practice invites you to deepen your concentration through opportunities to explore arm balances, inversions, meditation, and breathwork (pranayama). With a focus on intuition and self-awareness, you'll choose the poses (asanas) that best suit your body, as modifications and options are always provided. Class sequence changes frequently, keeping your mind engaged and your practice evolving. Ambient energizing background music.

Hot Awakened Fusion
Awaken your practice with our signature class, born in Boise, Idaho. This unique offering blends two powerful styles—Vinyasa and hatha—into a harmonious experience of balancing postures and dynamic, sequenced flows. With a consistent sequence each time, you'll awaken familiarity and confidence in your movements, allowing you to refine your skills and anticipate what comes next. Grounded Flow
In this unheated class, you’ll move mindfully through foundational postures, grounding yourself with each breath as your guide. Perfect for those new to yoga or seeking a sense of calm, this practice invites you to connect deeply with sensations of stability and alignment. Experience a blend of balancing, standing, and seated postures, complemented by meditation, breathwork (pranayama), and intention-setting. With an emphasis on intuition, you’ll choose the poses (asanas) that feel right for you, as modifications and options are always provided. Hot Elemental Power
Elemental Power is a dynamic, strength-based hot yoga class that fuses functional movement, body and band resistance, and repetition with the grounding principles of breath and yogic philosophy. This class draws inspiration from the elements—Earth (strength/stability), Fire (power/cardio), Air (breathwork/movement), and Water (fluidity/integration), and ends with Space (meditation/integration). Designed to build physical resilience and inner vitality, this class will challenge your body while deepening your connection to breath and presence.
