Yoga Classes
We offer various heated and unheated group yoga classes in the studio and specialty classes within the community. We also offer private yoga classes to assist you in deepening your practice. All of our classes will incorporate traditional yoga breathwork (pranayama), poses (asana), meditation (dhyana), and various other philosophical yoga modalities to cultivate a truly remarkable experience. At notice we strive to live yoga both on and off our mat.

Yoga Etiquette
Studio group classes are for ages 16 and up. Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time to get checked in and set up. Silence is sacred. Please enter and leave the yoga studio quietly as to respect those in meditation. Please do not bring or wear fragrances of any kind to class, and we ask that electronics and smart devices are kept in the cubbies or turned on silent. Mats are available for complimentary use on a first come first serve basis.
