Classes are for ages 16 and up. Doors open 20 minutes before class; please arrive 10-15 minutes early for check-in. Doors will be locked at class start for safety. Enter and exit quietly to respect those meditating, avoid wearing fragrances, and keep electronics silent or stored in cubbies.

Our Studio
Experience diverse hot and unheated yoga classes, workshops, and private sessions to deepen your practice in the studio and community. Each class integrates breathwork, poses, meditation, and yoga philosophy for a remarkable experience, ending with an optional lavender savasana towel. Bring your mat, towel, and water; we provide props and rent eco friendly, non toxic cork mats for $5 and towels for $3.. Feel supported physically and energetically.

Focused Flow
Our powerful Hot Vinyasa class emphasizes both physical and mental strength, embodying focus and intention. Guided by the breath, you'll flow through a dynamic sequence of balancing, standing, and seated postures. This practice invites you to deepen your concentration through opportunities to explore arm balances, inversions, meditation, and breathwork (pranayama). With a focus on intuition and self-awareness, you'll choose the poses (asanas) that best suit your body, as modifications and options are always provided. Class sequence changes frequently, keeping your mind engaged and your practice evolving. Ambient energizing background music.

Awakened Flow
Awaken your practice with our signature class, born in Boise, Idaho. This unique offering blends two powerful styles—Vinyasa and hatha—into a harmonious experience of balancing postures and dynamic, sequenced flows. With a consistent sequence each time, you'll awaken familiarity and confidence in your movements, allowing you to refine your skills and anticipate what comes next. This class truly has something for everyone—come see why it’s so beloved by our community! Ambient energizing and pop background music.

Grounded Flow
In this unheated class, you’ll move mindfully through foundational postures, grounding yourself with each breath as your guide. Perfect for those new to yoga or seeking a sense of calm, this practice invites you to connect deeply with sensations of stability and alignment. Experience a blend of balancing, standing, and seated postures, complemented by meditation, breathwork (pranayama), and intention-setting. With an emphasis on intuition, you’ll choose the poses (asanas) that feel right for you, as modifications and options are always provided. The final 20 minutes are devoted to deep relaxation, allowing you to release tension and find a profound sense of peace and connection within yourself. Calming ambience music

Outdoor Yoga
Let's get outside! Join us for a 60 minute slow flow class for all abilities. Enjoy summer while being mindful together in nature! Bring a mat (or towel) and water. Please park in downtown Nisswa and walk under the tunnel to Nisswa Lake Park. (follow the signs). If there is inclement weather, class will be held in the Notice Wellness studio at 25360 Smiley Rd in Nisswa on the second level (near Stonehouse Coffee.)
