Our signature class with roots in Boise, Idaho, this scripted class brings together two styles of yoga, vinyasa and hot 26 series, offering balancing postures and sequenced flows. This class has something to offer everyone! Every class is the same which gives you the opportunity to build on your skills while learning and then knowing what comes next. Come and see why this class is so popular and loved by many! This class is heated to 95-100 degrees Fahrenheit. Ambient energizing and pop background music.
