We believe yoga is more than a practice—it’s a way of life. Our Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) is designed to guide you on a transformative journey, helping you develop not only as a teacher but as a more grounded and empowered version of yourself.

This isn’t just training—it’s an investment into your personal growth, a new career path and your future.
Why Choose Our YTT Program?
Our boutique studio is a haven where mental and physical health come together under one roof. This training goes beyond the physical poses to explore the subtle energy body and teach you how to live yoga both on and off the mat...and then teach others to do the same!
Inclusive & Supportive Community
From day one, you’ll feel welcomed into a space where growth and exploration are prioritized so you can fully learn, comprehend & be able to teach while feeling supported and safe.
Hands-On Teaching Practice
Through small group training + practicum pop-up classes, you will spend a significant amount of time actually teaching, ensuring you will be ready to teach with confidence upon graduation.
Learn from Experts
Danielle, the studio owner and Licensed Professional Counselor, leads this trauma-informed yoga training, supplemented by experts in anatomy and biomechanics for a top-notch education.
Feel, Don’t Perform
We prioritize how movement feels over how it looks, encouraging you to connect with your body in meaningful and joyful ways and we will prioritize showing you how to teach in this unique way.

Our training is where modern science meets ancient wisdom.

Meet Your Teachers

Danielle Arnold
Danielle is the director and lead instructor.
I teach to hold space for others, I teach to enliven others, and I teach because a part of me awakens every time that I I guide others. I love leading others to spaces of discovery; of embracing a physical shape or stillness that is uncomfortable, and then see them overcome this. I am completely moved when I see the inspiration that my teachings instill in students, and witnessing them take what they learn on the mat with me and apply it in their life. I feel honored to create a safe space for all feelings to be felt, knowing that we arrive on our mats with all emotions and various life circumstances. I'm grateful that I can help make the world a bit better by offering a space to feel held and noticed.
The more we practice the teachings of yoga both on and off the mat, the more love, compassion, kindness and patience we all gain for ourselves and for others. I truly believe a yoga practice makes the world a better place! I want others to share this skill with as many people as possible so that we can all continue to embody a life of learning, one yoga practice at a time.
