Meet Your Teachers

Danielle arnold
I teach to hold space for others, I teach to enliven others, and I teach because a part of me awakens every time that I I guide others. I love leading others to spaces of discovery; of embracing a physical shape or stillness that is uncomfortable, and then see them overcome this. I am completely moved when I see the inspiration that my teachings instill in students, and witnessing them take what they learn on the mat with me and apply it in their life. I feel honored to create a safe space for all feelings to be felt, knowing that we arrive on our mats with all emotions and various life circumstances. I'm grateful that I can help make the world a bit better by offering a space to feel held and noticed.
The more we practice the teachings of yoga both on and off the mat, the more love, compassion, kindness and patience we all gain for ourselves and for others. I truly believe a yoga practice makes the world a better place! I want others to share this skill with as many people as possible so that we can all continue to embody a life of learning, one yoga practice at a time.
Gina ward
I envision a world where yoga is seen on the same level as physical therapy, functional medicine and other health-care modalities. I envision a world where yoga is covered by insurance. I envision a world where yoga's traditional philosophies and teachings are updated to meet the needs of the modern-day world so that we can bring it to each and every person in need and that is why I bring the most up-to-date, evidence based information to my teachings in the areas of biomechanics, anatomy and physiology.
