Candlelight Sound Bath + Breathwork

Get grounded with guided breathwork to begin, then melt into relaxation during the sound bath. Allow healing frequencies to flow throughout the body and leave you feeling open and receptive. Bring a yoga mat. (Some mats are available at a first come first serve basis). Props such as bolsters and blankets are available to you to provide additional comfort during this event.
