Embodying Yoga Workshop Part 2

The first part of the workshop we'll be seated and learning about the yamas and niyamas of yoga philosophy and how to embody yoga on and off the  mat. Next, our asana lab will break down and explore alignment and variations for foundational poses. Lastly, we'll practice what we've learned and flow, so be prepared to move!
