About the event
Deepen your yoga practice during this 75 minute inversion and arm balance workshop. You'll learn the mechanics and strengthening techniques necessary to complete asanas (poses) such as headstand, crow and side crow, flying lizard, elephant trunk and 8 limb.
Sometimes the best way to gain perspective is to go upside down, and there's no better way to cultivate being present than focusing on the subtleties of an arm balance.
