About the event
Yoga club for grades 5-8 after school through community ed! Students will enjoy learning yoga poses (asanas) that build strength, create flexibility, and calm. Students will also enjoy practicing kindness and gratitude toward themselves and others. A great introduction to yoga for those who are new, and a great class for those looking to expand on their yoga skills! Yoga club is Tuesdays and runs for five weeks.
