This unique offering blends two powerful styles—Vinyasa and Hatha—into a harmonious experience of balancing postures and dynamic, sequenced flows. With a consistent sequence each time, you'll awaken familiarity and confidence in your movements, allowing you to refine your skills and anticipate what comes next. This class is heated to 95-100 degrees Fahrenheit. Energizing and pop background music.

To cancel or reschedule, please log in to your member account and cancel/reschedule your booking at least TWO hours before the start of class to avoid being charged a $18 late cancellation/no show fee or the loss of your class credit. No refunds will be given.
