This heated vinyasa yoga class from Awakening Yoga Academy is designed with themes of exploration, movement, strength, capacity, trust, fire, energy, and grounding in mind. This practice includes several opportunities to embrace handstand, inversions and multiple arm balances if you so choose! Also included will be breathwork, meditation, and intention setting to create a fully encompassing and phenomenal class. Class will be heated.
