You're always the teacher but rarely the student, but not tonight! We want to treat you! Fitness instructors in the BLA, let's come together and do what we all love, sweat! After all, yoga means to unite. Say hi to fellow industry friends and relish in the opportunity to be the student. Whether you teach pickle ball, yoga, spin, weightlifting, personal training, jiu jitsu, skiiing, ect, enjoy a 60 minute heated vinyasa class taught by Danielle, RYT200 and owner of notice wellness. Bring a mat, water, and a towel.
