Join us for the 4th Annual Notice Festival in the BLA!
This spring, Nisswa transforms into a hub of movement, music, and magic — a full day designed to awaken your body, quiet your mind, and connect you to community.
Kick off the day with a scenic 5K run or walk (or dance!) along the peaceful Paul Bunyan Trail, flow through various yoga sessions, and drop deep into stillness with a restorative Soul Groove Sound Journey with DJ Taz Rashid.
This year, we’re turning up the energy with a silent disco dance party + headphone yoga flow led by world-renowned music producer and global yoga DJ, Taz Rashid — get ready to vibe like never before!
We also have Biana Mavasheva joining us this year to guide us in Kai Chi Do and breathwork.
