Summer Solstice 108

Join us for this incredible, unique, and spiritual experience. In the Yogic tradition, 108 is a sacred number. Practicing 108 Sun Salutations is a meditative practice that connects the body, the mind, and the universe. Celebrate the upcoming summer solstice during this hot practice. Variations for the sun salutations will be provided to meet all abilities.

We'll close this sacred class with chanting.

Afterward, choose to walk down to Nisswa Lake Park and jump in the lake to cool off and to conclude this ritualistic practice and celebrate the longest day of the year! (weather pending).

Please bring a mat, towel, and water. (We have mat rentals for $5).
