Winter Solstice 108 Sun Salutations

In the Yogic tradition, 108 is a sacred number. Practicing 108 Sun Salutations is a meditative practice that connects the body, the mind, and the universe, specifically when nature is undergoing a change. To celebrate the winter solstice, when the length of day/light matches the length of night/darkness, we'll come together during this beautiful time of balance and renewing. This will be warmly heated (not hot) and candlelit. Variations for the sun salutations will be provided to meet all abilities.
