About the event

This 90 minute workshop is for everyone who wants to learn effective post training recovery, stretching and mobility techniques. First you'll flow between yoga postures, later staying longer in postures to release the tight spots, stiffness, and achiness that we feel in our feet, calves, hamstrings, quadriceps, glutes, hips, lower back, shoulders, hands and neck.

Experience myofascial release while increasing mobility and flexibility to improve performance.

Bring a yoga mat if you have one (the studio has some for those who don't) and all other supportive props will be provided.

This workshop is led by Jess Waytashek, RYT200 and avid distance runner and weightlifter.
